How long does it take to process and ship your order?
Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (EST) | Monday – Friday
Order Processing Time:
Most orders take 1-3 business days to process. During sales and busy periods, it may take us longer to process your order.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Shipping Time:
We offer standard shipping within 7-15 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or US federal holidays.
Shipping Methods
All domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS, although we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on availability, destination, and rates.
Shipping Costs:
We offer standard shipping (7-15 business days) for $6.99 per order.
Our store defaults to standard shipping. If you need expedited shipping, please contact customer service to pay the price difference.
Shipping Locations
We ship throughout the United States. If you are outside of this area, please contact us for assistance.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
If for any reason a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, not received, etc., the customer will be charged additional shipping charges to resend the package. Please ensure the correct address is entered before checking out of your cart.
Taxes
We currently ship to the United States, and the price you pay is exclusive of tax. Therefore, when you pay or receive your order, the tax will be automatically updated based on your shipping location.
