Returns and Refund policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if you would like to return the product for an exchange or refund, you have 30 days from the date you received the product to return it.

We do not currently accept exchanges, if you would like to exchange for a different product please return the product under our refund policy and place an order for a new product.

30 Day Return Policy

You are entitled to return your purchased product within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returns are subject to our policy:

You will need to include the packing slip inside the package when returning the product to us. Any product returned without the packing slip will not be accepted.

All products must be returned in the original packaging provided.

Products must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returned product that is damaged, soiled or without the original label will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

To return a product, just follow a few simple steps:

– Write to us at [email protected] and request a refund. We provide the address for returns.

– The customer is responsible for the return label. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned products unless otherwise stated.

– Check the integrity of the packaging (we will accept returns of Products in new condition).

– Receive a 100% refund within 30 business days via the payment method selected at checkout.

Refunds

Once the independent brand receives the returned product, FADELT will issue a refund to your original payment method, which may take 30 business days to process, especially during peak periods.

After issuing a refund, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account or on your statement.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been accepted and your refund has been processed.

Original payment method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

We do not offer returns.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

Cancellation (Order Cancellation)

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to process the request.

Faulty Items

If the item is faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos and a description of the fault. You can contact us here.

We will arrange a free return for a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
